By participating in RESCU’s Skip-A-Pay Program, you request RESCU defer your RESCU loan payments as indicated. You agree and understand that: 1.) Finance Charges will continue to accrue at the rate provided in your original loan agreement, during and after this time; 2.) Deferring your payment will result in your having to pay higher total Finance Charges than if you made your payments as originally scheduled; 3.) The payment deferral will extend the terms of your loan and you will have to make extra payment(s) after your loan would otherwise, be paid off 4.) You will be required to resume your payments the following month; your next monthly payment will include finance charges from the skipped month; 5.) Your loan must be in good standing with payments on all loans with RESCU current (within the 15-day grace period). 6.) A Skip-A-Pay may nullify your GAP insurance (refer to your loan documents for details). 7.) Before submitting Skip-A-Pay form, be sure to cancel any external automatic payments that are currently set up through Online Banking, Bill Pay, or other financial institutions to avoid any unexpected deductions. 8.) This offer may be withdrawn any time at RESCU discretion. 9.) The member is responsible for re-starting all bill pay and automatic payments for loan when payments resume. 10) I have current full coverage insurance on file.
